Over 35 and Can’t Lose Weight?
Over 35 and struggling to lose weight? Here's why (and it's not what you think)

Mar 16, 2020

20/30 Fast Track has locations across the nation and the company has a 30-plus-year track record of helping real people overcome chronic health and weight issues. But over the last several years and throughout our membership, we noticed a trend among our members. This trend was happening all across the country and we were seeing one to three things happening consistently, especially for people over the age of 35:

  1. You can’t lose weight at all. Prior to this, you always could lose, but now no matter what you do, you can’t lose an ounce!
  2. You can lose a little bit, but then you get stuck. You’re eating right AND exercising, but you can’t get past a certain point.
  3. You have unexplained weight gain. You never had weight to lose, but now, suddenly it just showed up…usually around the belly.

Again…each of these trends occurs in people over 35. One of our hormone experts pointed out that these people were also experiencing all kinds of negative health issues like:

  • insomnia
  • acid reflux
  • high blood pressure
  • diabetes
  • digestive problems
  • headaches/migraines
  • night sweats
  • hot flashes
  • mood swings
